Ran to the track with 400s
Ran to the high school track with the intentions of doing 3 800M running intervals and Jill picking me up afterwards. Once I covered the 4 miles there and started the first 800 I became immediatly aware that I didn't have them in my legs after yesterdays brick. So I did 3 x 400M instead. Started running back home and Jill picked me up towards the center of town.
Probably ran 7-8 miles, average HR was 157. 400s were 1:34, 1:28, and 1:38
