Kick ass brick!
I was heming and hawing on going out to do this workout. I wanted to do a brick but it was raining pretty good out. I don't mind if it starts to rain during a ride, but it's always hard to get motivated to start a ride while it's raining. The plan was to ride 25 and run 7. I got up to the tower and was heading back down, there were a lot of cyclists on the road, must have been somethng going on. Then I ran into Sara and Mary who were on their way up to the tower!! There was a double metric century going on. We rode together around the dike and back to the state police station where they stopped at a food stop. I rode hard home, did a quick transition and hit the road in running shoes.
