Swim and Tempo run
Went to the Y early this morning and swam for 40 minutes. Sometimes I feel like I've got it, other times not. Today I had both... My tempo run looked like:
I actually cooled down during the cooldown....well kind of. Cool down is tough since the back half of the run is all uphill. I felt like I was working less but my HR was still up.
Distance: 5.5 miles Pace: 8:49 Average HR: 168
