Swim and power starts

Went to the Y early this morning and swam for 40 minutes. Rode to the dam at lunchtime for some power starts. I think I blew out the bearings in my rear hub, it sounds like rice krispies and the seat tube is vibrating like mad. I'll have to take it in... I'm glad that I have a spare bike with training for Wrentham.

Distance: 12 Miles Pace: 15.8 MPH Average HR: 138
