Recovery ride

Did a recovery ride on the trainer in the evening. I think that I will start doing more recovery rides on the trainer, this because I can control my heart rate better. Too many hills around here to come in at a low HR. This will be part of a 'mini taper' for the 10K this weekend.

Average HR: 111 for 30 minutes
