Light day...prep for Wrentham

Light day today, rode the trainer for 1/2 hour with 3 x 30 second power intervals, nothing to tax the legs, just wanted to open them up to get ready for tomorrow. After the bike I ran downstairs and jumped on the treadmill for 15 minutes with 4 running strides (sprints).
