Fartlek Intervals

Ran a 4 miler today with 3 fartlek intervals. Felt really good. At the end of the third interval I did not back off like I should have as my time was really good. I ended up pulling a personal best for that loop. Cool stuff! With this time of year the hard part is trying to figure out what to wear. Dress too light.. you freeze, too much...you overheat.

Distance: 4 miles Pace: 8:16 Average HR: 164
