Endurance miles


Took the bike out for an hour today. 43 degrees and very windy, up around the reservoir I almost got blown off a couple times. Jersey/arm warmers/thermal tights/vest/booties/gloves for kit. The race forecast for this weekend is for sun and wind (not rain yet) probably around the same temperature.

I was pretty bummed that the recreation department cancelled the masters swim program. It was the best thing I have done workout wise in some time I think. Now I 'll have to figure how how to get the good swim workouts in...
