400M repeats
Went to the track for 5 x 400M repeats. Overall my times were a wee bit faster than my last iteration of this workout as seen below:

It's a heartening feeling, but it take so long to get faster!! My right foot is still hurting pretty bad from the bruising, but it doesn't hurt while I am actually running unless the shoe is too tight.
My shoulders and core are a little sore from yesterdays swim workout.
