11.6 miler

Jill and I ran with a bunch of people from the team this morning. Jill did 17, I dropped off the kids and joined for the last 11 of them. Excellent route out of Daves house with a couple good climbs. Good time, I need these longer runs to build back up for Philly. Didn't push my heart rate, these longer runs are to get my legs used to the miles again. Towards the end of October I'll start pushing the pace. I should be ready to rip the 10K in a couple weeks. The only issue is that I'll miss a long run due to the race.
