Recovery run


Had a very difficult time getting my heart rate up for a tempo run so the workout became a recovery run instead. At race pace the highest I could get the HR was 166. Must still need some recovery from the race on Sunday.

Distance: 4.6 miles Pace: 8:32 Average HR: 153
