Recovery run
Nice easy recovery run down to the gate on Old Enfield with 3 accelerations thrown in. We had our first frost this morning, I'm still trying to figure out where the season went. There will be a lot of running races this winter which is good. I talked to Seth and he plans on expanding the spin classes at CE this winter too.
