800M intervals


Jill and I took the kids to the track in Ludlow where we met Sara to do some running intervals. I had 3 800s. I got through them but they were very difficult, which means I did them right... Felt slow, I'm tired this week. Fastest was 3:11, slowest was 3:28. Big difference, but all were sub 7:00 minute miles which is pretty cool.

I let my weight go for a couple days, it's amazing how fast you can put on 3 lbs, and how long it takes to drop it. I'm back at 190 anyway, I wanted to be at 185 for next weekend; that's not going to happen but I will be between here and there... We are getting together with neighbors on Sunday. I CAN'T CREEP UP!!
