5.5 miler
My workout today was to be fartlek intervals, but since I had such a hard time getting into tempo on Tuesday I just did an endurance run. The more I think about it, I think that it's all in my head. As I came up Allen road I saw a runner turn onto Brandywine from the opposite direction (still in the distance, about 1/4 mile away) so I stepped it up. I ran her down before she made it home. She asked me if I was behind her the whole way (yea right). ButI think that's what I needed, as I was able to get the HR up to a peak of 179. I need to gear up for the 10K on October 21, then the du on October 29.
