3200M--- Well sort of
The plan was to do 3200M intervals today. I had to make it quick due to a meeting that came up and the fact that I would not be able to work out tonight. Sooo... I did not warm up as well as I should have.
First interval went very well at 7:05 minute miles. Had a hard time getting my HR up due to yesterday's workout (max today was 187 at the very end). Started the second interval and felt a pain in my right glute so shut it down. Feels like a wasted day today. Tomorrow is 800M repeats at the track so I'll try to stetch out well tonight and warm up well tomorrow.
