Tweaked my back

Last night I tweaked my back picking up Heather. I was able to get on the bike for 50 minutes or so. I cut back the workout but got the intervals in (4 30 second power intervals to get my legs ready for tomorrow's field test). If my back doesn't straighten out I don't think that there is going to be a field test tomorrow...
My legs felt good but I felt like a slug. I was not able to get out of the saddle to pop over the little rises or jump coming out of corners. Its amazing how much you lose by not being able to do that. I'm hoping that I'll be ok for a long run this weekend, I was hoping to get a 12 miler in.
