Running intervals and swim
Attempted to do 3 X 1000 meter running intervals today at the track. The first was clean at 4:30 which is 5 seconds off (in the bad direction) from the last time I did them. 2nd was extremely hard, and I blew up on the 3rd. I think that Saturday's century is still fatiguing my legs.
Had a session with my swim coach in the evening. This is the last of my scheduled lessons, I'll try to get another right before we go to Mexico as a tune up for the late Septemeber tri.
