Recovery run


Today did a 4 mile recovery run down to the water and back, my legs could definitely feel yesterday's workout! Mile 1 was 7:45; mile 4 was 8:30 (some climbing in that one...).

Distance: 4 miles Pace: 8:12 Average HR: 161
