Power intervals
Power intervals on the dam today. There was a pretty good headwind going over the dam in the direction of the tower, it is pretty evident by the lower MPH (both iterations in the same direction. Speed was about 3 MPH lower as well. Did 2 intervals, then cruised up to the tower keeping my HR below 150 to recover, headed back down and finished up the intervals and headed back home. Longest bike workout will be an hour until after Ironman Cancun (then I have the tri the next weekend).
Distance: 16.1 miles Pace: 15.8 MPH Average HR: 140
