Climbing repeats

Went up to the tower 2X for climbing repeats. Felt dismal. Could not get my heart rate up for anything, probably due to the long run yesterday. My calves started to cramp up in the pool last night, so my legs need a break I think. During the climbs the highest I could get my HR was 156 and that was out of the saddle. Was in a weird place, legs were too fatigued to push the 24, yet could not turn the RPMs fast enough to get the HR to 160 in the 27.
