Recovery run

Today had a 5.5 mile recovery run. Kept the heart rate low and the run felt really good. Looking forward to a 50 mile ride / hour run tomorrow, and a 56 mile heavy pain ride on Sunday. The ride leaves from a place very close to the house so I can't pass it up!!
