Power intervals

Quick 21 mile loop with 4 power intervals. First 2 on the dam, second 2 on the dike, then flatted on the way up the hill. I don't know what it is, no flats all year then 6 in 2 weeks.

Distance: 20.9 miles Pace: 16.5 MPH Average HR: 131
