Fartlek intervals

Run today with 8 fartlek intervals. 1 minute rest in between. I lost count and did 9 by mistake... better 1 extra than 1 too few! Heart rate recovery on the first couple was good (down in the mid 160s) but towards the end my recovery heart rate was in the mid 170s. Tough workout but a good one. High heart rate day today!!
