Forced rest days = not fun
No workout today. Can't handle the inactivity. I'm not sure if I will be able to last 2 days without sweating. Can't let my legs get rusty, we are doing a 50 mile / 7 mile brick on Saturday. I know that I'm fully rested, the resting heart rate was 53 this morning. That is pretty cool in itself; when I started this journey my RHR was 70 so since last September when I started training 'seriously' I have dropped 17 BPM from my resting heart rate. That is some serious energy savings!
