Back at it again!
Well I went for a run today. Running itself felt good but I had a hard time getting my heart rate up. The run was supposed to be a HR between 170 & 180 but it just was not happenin... It may be because of the anitbioticcs I'm on for the surgery thing. On the way back home I was able to sustain 170 ok, just not in the meat of the workout with the warm up and cool down. Even during the warm up my HR only got up to around 160 @ a 7:30 pace. But getting some in is better than getting none in!!
It's good to be back in the saddle!
